What you would recognize about running more than one room

Breakfast Brunch Lunch Dinner Late-night Takeout Delivery Private events Catering

Five ways a multi-location website usually goes wrong

Every one of these starts small: one missed update, one bolted-on location. Left alone, they compound.

  • One location shows the wrong hours

A customer drives to a closed door on the day the website said was open.

  • A menu update reaches one page, not all of them

A price change gets typed into one location and quietly missed on the other two.

  • A new location is a bolted-on paragraph

It looks like an afterthought and has nothing for a search engine to rank.

  • Every enquiry lands in one shared inbox

A catering request meant for one room gets answered by the wrong team, late.

  • The site was fast once, in 2021

Adding a fourth location page made everything slower, not just that one page.

Each problem gets an actual fix, not a workaround

The fix is structural: shared facts live in one place, location facts live with their location, and nothing has to be remembered by hand.

The problem

Hours shown once, for every location

How the site solves it

Each address stores its own weekly hours and holiday exceptions, read by every page and the location finder alike.

The problem

A menu update typed into three separate pages

How the site solves it

Menu items and prices live in one shared place; a change reaches every location page that carries it at once.

The problem

A new location with nowhere to belong

How the site solves it

A new address gets a page built on the same structure your others already use, live within your plan's normal turnaround.

The problem

Enquiries with no idea which room they are for

How the site solves it

A form on a location's page is tagged with that location and routed to the right destination automatically.

How one brand reaches every location, and back

Shared content pushes out from the brand to every address; each location's own facts, hours, specials, enquiries, route back. This is the actual shape of a multi-location build.

DinerSites

One brand, one shared menu system

  • Example: Downtown

Its own hours, its own map pin

  • Example: Riverside

Its own phone number, its own page

  • Example: Uptown

Shares the menu, sets its own specials

  • Example: Airport Road

Added later as a revision, not a rebuild

Example locations shown for illustration. The route runs both ways: the brand pushes shared content out, and each location's own facts, hours, specials, enquiries, route back.

What this actually changes for the business you run

  • Every address tells the truth

A customer sees the correct hours, phone number and menu for the specific room they are driving to, not an average of all your locations.

  • Updates take minutes

A price change or a holiday closure is one edit, reflected everywhere it applies.

  • New locations can rank on their own

Each address gets real content tied to its own town, not a copy of the flagship page.

  • Growth plugs in

Opening a third, fourth or fifth room is a revision on the system you already have, not a new project.

Before and after, in plain terms

The same six situations, shown as they are today and as they are once the site is built this way.

  • Locations page
Before:Three addresses stacked under one shared paragraphAfter:Each address has its own page, own hours, own map
  • Menu updates
Before:A price change means editing three pages by handAfter:One edit updates every location that carries that item
  • Enquiries
Before:Everything lands in one inbox nobody checks consistentlyAfter:Each form routes to the location it was submitted on
  • New locations
Before:A new room looks nothing like the rest of the brandAfter:A new location launches on the same system from day one
  • Stale details
Before:A holiday notice stays up until a customer complainsAfter:Weekly checks catch stale details before a customer does
  • Speed
Before:Fast when it launched, slower with every page added sinceAfter:Every location page is custom coded and served from the edge

What is included, on every plan

  • The website

One page per location plus every core page, custom coded and fast.

  • The location finder

Sends visitors to the right address with its own hours already showing.

  • A free domain

Registered in your name for as long as your plan is active, or point your own.

  • Managed hosting

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection, nothing itemized.

  • CRM connection

Enquiries reach any CRM by direct API, Zapier or Make, per location.

  • Fully managed

Weekly checks and revisions handled by our team, never a plugin you patch.

Fast pages and a ranking plan for every location, not just the flagship

A page that opens instantly keeps the visitor who was one tap from leaving, and a location that never gets its own content never gets its own ranking. Both are handled from day one, on every location page, not only the first one.

  • Custom-coded pages served from Cloudflare's edge, on every location page
  • Researched articles tied to a specific town, not generic filler
  • Google Business Profile management on higher tiers, per location

Window for a location to start ranking locally, or we keep working on it at no extra charge

From first invoice to launch day

  1. Step 1

You pay the first monthly invoice

That starts the plan for every location you tell us about. The build fee is not charged yet.

  2. Step 2

One onboarding call, per location covered

Address, hours and what makes each room different, gathered once for the whole group.

  3. Step 3

    We build every location page

On the same structure, so a five-location group launches as one coherent site, not five different ones.

  4. Step 4

You approve it, then the build fee is invoiced

Live in 7 days on The Single Counter. The one-time build fee only arrives after you have said yes.

What clients tell us

  • Owner, three-location family restaurant

Moved from a single-page site with a shared locations list

“Our second location used to show the flagship's hours by mistake more often than I want to admit. Now each address has its own page and its own hours, and that specific problem has not come back.”

  • Operations manager, small pizzeria group

Previously updated each location page by hand

“Changing a price used to mean editing the menu on every location page separately and hoping I did not miss one. Now it is one change and every page that carries that dish updates with it.”

  • Owner, two-location diner

Opened a second counter within the last year

“The location finder answers the question people actually ask, which location is closest and is it open right now, instead of making someone scroll through an address list.”

  • General manager, bar and grill group

Previously used one contact form for both locations

“A form filled out on our downtown page used to land in a shared inbox nobody checked consistently. Now it reaches downtown directly, and the same is true for our other room.”

Illustrative examples of the outcomes clients report. Verified reviews are added after launch.

Frequently asked questions

What is actually included for a restaurant with more than one location?

Every plan includes one page per location with its own hours, map and menu highlights, a shared menu system so a price or dish updates everywhere it applies, enquiry routing so a form on one location's page reaches that location, the location finder tool, managed hosting, and researched articles. The Route adds the AI Engine and The Full Circuit adds the Content Engine on top of that.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on The Single Counter, 10 on The Route while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on The Full Circuit with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner every location is live.

What if I only run one location today?

The site is built the same way either way: one location page from day one, on the same system a five-location group uses. If you open a second address next year, adding its page is a revision, not a rebuild, because the structure was already there.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your services, your locations, your brand, your domain and where enquiries should land for each address, and it takes about 15 minutes per location plus a shared section for brand-wide details. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions for any single location or for the whole brand, raise a support ticket, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

How do you gather details for several locations at once without it taking forever?

The onboarding form has one shared section for brand-wide details, like your logo and overall tone, and one repeatable section per location for its address, hours and phone number. Most groups with two or three rooms finish in under 45 minutes total. Larger groups can send location details as a spreadsheet instead of typing each one into the form, and we build from that.
